Who may submit a request
The current application does not allow third-party sellers to authorize access. A person with a relevant relationship to the company may send a request to the public email address.
How to request deletion
Email samzoom705@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request – QZH Commerce Operations”. Explain the information concerned and your relationship to it. We may verify the requester’s identity or authority before acting.
When information is deleted
Information is deleted when its business purpose ends, applicable authorization is withdrawn, or required retention obligations expire. Information in backups is cleared through the normal backup cycle.
Limits
A request may be limited where retention is necessary for security, dispute resolution, compliance or another applicable obligation. We will explain the relevant limitation when appropriate.
